New EasyPower Support Portal
Effective February 28, 2025, the existing email and phone methods for contacting EasyPower Technical Support will no longer accept support inquiries. All new issues or requests must be submitted through the Bentley Support Portal
Additionally, should you need to contact support by phone, our new number is 1-800-BENTLEY (1-800-236-8539).
How do I submit a support ticket?
There are two different ways to submit a support ticket:
- You can go to the Bentley Support Portal* and login. If you do not already have an account, you can register and create a new account.
- You can also go to CONNECT Center and click “New Case.”
What do I need to do next?
- Bookmark the Bentley Support Portal URL* for convenient access.
- If you haven’t already, you will need to create an account at Bentley’s CONNECT Center. Please note: A Bentley account associated to an organization with an EasyPower license is required to create a Case in the Bentley Support Portal.

What happens to outstanding help requests?
Any open support requests you’ve already submitted will be addressed and resolved through the existing support Case.
